Fund Control should be safe, easy, reliable, and fast. Here at Hasz, we have convenient fund control systems for you to choose from, each suited for your different needs. These systems also interface with our field inspection program.
Direct Payment Voucher
This method uses vouchers and an escrow account that is owned by Hasz. We disburse funds directly to the General Contractor and all material Suppliers.

- Borrower approves it
- Hasz reviews and processes paperwork for the bank
- Lender funds Hasz account
- Payee delivers Vouchers to Hasz
- Hasz processes Vouchers and issues checks to payees
At the end of the year, we issue 1099-MISC documents as required by the IRS.
Class A
This method is patterned after the A.I.A G-702 Application and Certificate for Payment and can use an escrow account owned by Hasz.

This method is generally reserved for larger projects with established Borrowers and General Contractors.
ZBA
This method uses a disbursement checking account owned by the borrower.

- Borrower gives checks to all Subcontractors
This method is not available to all hard money lenders.
